Tribe Functional Training is an all-new functional training system designed to transform yourself in all areas of your fitness, health and wellness. Combining strength training, interval training, HIIT and mind-body wellness you will achieve the best overall results possible in both a supportive and innovative environment. You don’t have to be fit, buff or have ever stepped foot into a gym in your life to attend our classes. There is literally a class for everyone from beginners right through to advanced. We have teamed up with MyZone to bring you an innovative wearable heart rate monitoring system that keeps you on track and allows you to compare your results against yourself and others. The best part is, it’s wireless and cloud based so your workouts are recorded and stored for you in and out of the studio.

Our athletic workout that’s a combination of resistance training and fast & hard cardio. Our Total styles include:

8 longer work stations with short breaks that will BURN all over! You have 2 challenging back to back lifts followed by heart kicker cardio intervals.
EnduroEnduro
Time to build up your endurance with some conditioning work. This doesn’t mean you reduce your weights.
StaminaStamina
No rest for the wicked! You’ll need to work your way up for this one…
